Andrzej Sebastian Duda (nacido el 16 de mayo de 1972) es un político polaco que es el sexto y actual presidente de Polonia, que ocupa el cargo desde el 6 de agosto de 2015. Antes de su mandato como presidente, Duda fue miembro de la Cámara Baja de Polonia (Sejm) de 2011 a 2014 y del Parlamento Europeo de 2014 a 2015.
Duda fue el candidato presidencial para el partido derechista Derecho y Justicia en las elecciones presidenciales de 2015 en mayo de 2015, de las cuales ganó la primera vuelta, acumulando un total de 5,179,092 votos, el 34,76% de los votos válidos. En el segundo, Duda obtuvo el 51.55% de los votos contra el 48.45% de su rival, el entonces titular Bronisław Komorowski, ganando así las elecciones, y posteriormente renunció a la membresía del partido el 26 de mayo de 2015.
